Some drivers will tell fibs in an effort to discourage people from going into the trade. Whilst chatting to drivers in an effort to research the job, one driver said that by october 2010, if you need glasses to read a numberplate, you will fail your taxi licence. Is this true? (If true, is it not discrimination?)
